As a licensed mental health clinician, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our sessions. I hold dual master’s degrees—an M.Sc. in clinical psychology from India and an MA in clinical mental health counseling from Northwest University in Washington. I have worked with individuals of various ages and cultural backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. My virtual practice focuses on assisting teens and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and identity crises, among others.
